Job summary

Camping World in the United States is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote RVs, conduct demonstration rides, and close sales with F&I and Sales Management involvement.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you can stay on the hourly plan or transition to 100% commission. Total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually for qualified performers, with benefits and bonuses where eligible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV/auto/related industries.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  
  

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
