Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business in Utah. You will promote top quality customer experiences, demonstrate RVs, and close sales with the support of F&I and sales management teams.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you can earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually. After 30 days you may choose to stay hourly with commissions or move to a 100% commission model, with pay cycles aligned monthly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
