Job summary

Camping World in Augusta, GA is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business and sell RVs while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Your drive determines your paycheck. Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may stay on the current hourly plan plus flat commission, or switch to 100% commission. Total annual compensation is projected between $50,000 and $150,000, with bonuses for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV or related industries preferred).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
