Job summary

Campers Inn RV is hiring for an RV Sales Associate in Toms River, NJ. The role follows our door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a state sales license if required. Prior RV sales experience is preferred and a strong work ethic is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.
• A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process.
• Sell new and used RVs with high-quality customer experience.
• Conduct effective demonstration of units.
• Close sales with F&I team.
• Stay on top of market trends and inventory.
• Attend RV Shows and location events as needed.
• Be enthusiastic and communicate well with customers, employees, and management.
