Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and help customers find the right RV. You’ll sell new and used units, conduct demos, and close sales with F&I and Sales Management support.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years of sales experience (RV, auto, marine, or related fields preferred). Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually, with base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsabilités

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team assistance.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
