Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will sell new and used RVs, provide demonstrations, and work with F&I and sales management to close deals.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions and a choice between base+flat commission or 100% commission after 30 days. Successful candidates typically earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually, including a year-end sales volume bonus for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience ideally in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
