Camping World in Medford, Oregon is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll sell new and used RVs while delivering a high quality customer experience and having fun while making money.

Your drive determines your paycheck: a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with a transition to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Earn potential ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually, with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in sales, ideally RV/auto/marine/real estate.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  
  

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
