Camping World in Albuquerque seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Starting with a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you can choose to stay on the base plan or transition to a 100% commission-based plan after 30 days. Actual payout aligns with monthly pay cycles and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and used RVs while delivering a top-notch customer experience.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
  
  

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  
  

General Compensation Disclosure

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
