Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You’ll sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and work with the F&I and Sales Management team to close deals.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a wide range of total compensation, with a year-end bonus available for qualified performers and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
