Job summary

Fun Town RV in Texas is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the daily operations of the sales team, drive goals, and ensure outstanding customer service across 36 locations.

You will coach staff, manage leads, and coordinate with Finance and Inventory to optimize deals, while maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting. If you bring 1–2 years of management experience and knowledge of RV sales operations, you will fit into a fast-growing team focused on growth and competitive earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related management experience.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and dealership software.
• Strong math skills for commissions and discounts.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales team operations and staffing.
• Coach staff, manage leads, and optimize deals.
• Track quotes, follow up, and ensure timely closes.
• Maintain CRM documentation and reporting with accuracy.
• Collaborate with F&I and other departments to finalize deals.
