Campers Inn RV is seeking a Sales Manager in Tucson to lead a dynamic sales team and drive region objectives. You will guide strategy, set targets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences as part of our growing RV dealership network.

Ideal candidates bring at least four years of RV sales leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.
• Minimum four years of RV sales management experience or equivalent in automotive/RV dealership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow the trusted door-to-deal sales process.
• Lead and develop a team of sales specialists to create customer ‘Away’ experiences.
• Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal, and sales practices.
• Oversee planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the team.
