Qualifications

• Two years of coordinator experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to the sales team.
• Order supplies and equipment for the store as needed.
• Communicate with customers on post-sale follow-up and send GM letters.
• Review deals to assist in checking for accuracy.
• Answer phones and greet incoming customers.
• Process coach logs, new unit and transfer arrivals.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Increase sales through proper marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assist with inventory management and product presentations.
