Bish’s RV, one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country, is seeking an RV Sales Outfitter to help customers find units that fit their travel goals and lifestyle. This role is about building genuine connections and guiding buyers toward the right RV and related products.

You will greet customers, listen actively, present features, manage leads in CRM, and follow up to close sales. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement in a high-performance

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude focused on creating exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present products to a wide variety of customers.
• Ability to manage time, pipeline, and follow-ups independently.

• Effectively manage and prioritize leads using our CRM system
• Follow up consistently to build confidence and close the sale
• Help customers understand the full RV journey—from vehicleselectionto accessories and add-ons
• Remove obstacles and provide support throughout the entire buying process
