What you'll do:

• Master a proven sales process to close deals and drive results
• Build your sales pipeline and engage with leads via phone, text, email, and social media
• Match customers with their ideal units by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions
• Create excitement by participating in dealership events, promotions, and shows to generate new business
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales

What we're looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and succeed
• Background in sales or customer service preferred but not required
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Comfortable using sales tools, social media, and technology
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is a plus
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
