Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for Sales Associates to join our team and manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role, you will help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for selling new and used RVs at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards expected by America’s Fastest Growing RV Retailer. You’ll be empowered with tools such as a CRM, state-of-the-art equity mining tools, and access to a national inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles to find the perfect match for your customers.

We offer unlimited growth opportunities; many of our sales consultants have advanced to roles including Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager.

Our sales consultants currently earn an average of $7,800/month selling approximately 10 units/month, based on a commissioned pay plan. Paid training is provided for the first four weeks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Willing to train and learn all products available to customers
  • Ensure accurate paperwork for deal processing
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with our F&I department
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • RV Sales experience is not required
  • Experience in automotive or home sales is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work weekends
