Job summary

Camping World seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs. You’ll demonstrate RVs, close sales with F&I and Sales Management, and follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Starting base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days, choose to stay on hourly plan with flat commissions or switch to 100% commission-based plan. Total compensation typically $50,000 to $150,000+ annually with bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Conduct effective demonstrations and walk-throughs.
