Job summary

Camping World is seeking an RV Sales Associate in Roscoe Township, IL to promote both new and used RVs. You’ll conduct product demonstrations, guide customers through the sales process, and coordinate with F&I and management to close deals.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll learn the ropes and then decide whether to stay on salary plus commission or switch to a 100% commission plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walkthrough presentations to showcase RV features.
• Close sales with collaboration of F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
