Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote top-notch customer experiences by selling new and used RVs, conducting demonstrations, and guiding customers through the buying process.

The role offers a base hourly rate with commissions and a pathway to full earning potential. You will work closely with F&I and Sales Management to close deals, follow up with customers, and maintain a high-integrity approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, or real estate is preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
