We are growing our Sales Team and looking for motivated and talented outdoor enthusiasts who want to help others find their dream RV! Previous auto or RV experience is not required as we will train the right applicant who has a desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, and passion for the outdoors. Job Title: RV Sales Associate

The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience.

Pay: $60,000 guaranteed with potential up to $200,000 annually

Job Duties:

  1. Build rapport & trust with customers
  2. Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars
  3. Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers
  4. Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service
  5. Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business
  6. Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer’s product features, components, and changes
  7. Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information
  8. Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques
  9. Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills
  10. Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma
  2. 1 year retail sales experience; experience in RV or automotive sales preferred
  3. Weekend work and occasional travel required

  2. Exhibits high level of integrity
  3. Follows through on commitments on a timely basis
  4. Exhibits assertive, but un-abrasive selling skills

  6. Possesses basic computer and data entry skills
  7. Works effectively both alone and in a team environment, and establishes collaborative working relationships with peers and staff

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

  1. Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, and reaching with arms/hands, are required
  2. Very little exposure to adverse environmental conditions; work is normally performed in a typical office environment. Customer interaction may occur outside in various weather conditions.
