Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!
We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay, based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available for those who qualify.
This position is 100% commission-based. The estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+.
In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate will be provided in addition to variable pay. In other states, minimum compensation will be at least $12.25/hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
