Camping World in Scott City, MO is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business by being a subject matter expert of inventory, assisting customers, and partnering with the dealership team. General Compensation Disclosure
This position is a 100% commission-based role. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In certain states, you may be eligible for an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation. In California, Massachusetts and Maine will receive a minimum wage plus commissions earned. All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage which offsets variable compensation.
