Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find the products they need. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and keep the department organized to support a positive shopping experience.

This role emphasizes effective communication with customers and team members, plus leadership in guiding colleagues and promoting warranty programs and Good Sam Memberships.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Lead department and mentor colleagues.
• Promote warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Develop product knowledge and sell to customers.
