Job summary

Sun Outdoors is hiring an RV Ranger to assist arrivals and guide them to their sites after hours. You will patrol, handle guest questions, and help maintain a safe resort environment.

The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexible hours including events. You will report issues to the RV Resort Manager and provide excellent guest service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency including email and internet.
• Flexibility to work events during non-business hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads RVs to sites and assists guests with site setup.
• Checks sites daily for departures and cleans recently vacated sites.
• Inspects sites for issues and reports maintenance needs.
• Inspect units for cleanliness and potential damage.
• Completes site measurements and delivers packages to sites.
• Oversees sales of incidental items when applicable.
• Routinely checks pools for unregistered guests and security.
