Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated RV Ranger to assist with site set-ups, escort arriving guests, and monitor pools for unregistered guests. You will provide excellent customer service and support to guests and residents, while ensuring safety and smooth operations across the resort.

The role involves patrolling the resort, reporting maintenance issues, and helping with deliveries and mail. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (email and internet).

Responsibilities

• Escort arrivals to sites after hours and monitor for unregistered guests.
• Lead RVs to sites and assist with site setup as needed.
• Check sites for issues, report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and inspect units before sale.
• Provide guest with information and handle questions or complaints.
• Patrol resort to assist guests and ensure safety.
