Job summary

IHM Outdoors is seeking a Ranger to assist with site setups for arriving and departing guests at our RV resort. You will escort arrivals after hours, monitor pools for unregistered guests, and communicate issues to the RV Resort Manager while delivering excellent guest service.

The role may require flexible scheduling. You will help with site checks, safety, and basic maintenance coordination to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency including email and internet usage.
• Flexibility to work events during non-business hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead guests to sites and assist with site setup.
• Check sites for issues (water, sewer, safety) and report to Resort Manager.
• Escort arrivals after normal business hours and monitor for unregistered guests.
• Respond to guest questions and complaints and direct to appropriate department.
• Routinely check swimming pools for unregistered guests when applicable.
• Tag vehicles for removal at unrented sites.
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
