Blue Compass RV in Ringgold, GA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet customers, answer calls, and keep the front desk running with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll process deposits for RV purchases, route inquiries, and support the team with clerical tasks; evening and some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Be the friendly, first point of contact for customers and visitors.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in front-desk tasks.
• Learn dealership systems quickly and help with clerical duties.
• Handle deposits for RV purchases with accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate product information clearly to walk-in customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face customers see welcome visitors and VIP appointments with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency
• Keep the front desk running
• Support the team with clerical and administrative tasks
• Accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases
• Provide basic information about our products and services to walk-in customers
• Take pictures of RVs as needed to support marketing or inventory updates
• Jump in to help with any additional tasks needed to create an exceptional customer and team experience
