Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Parts Associate to join our Merrimack, NH team. This full-time role focuses on providing world-class customer service, ensuring correct parts and accessories are in stock, and supporting sales and technicians.

Responsibilities include dispatching parts, conducting daily cycle counts, tracking obsolete parts, receiving shipments, and ongoing parts training. Our culture emphasizes growth, development, and teamwork within a national RV dealership family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
• Previous automotive or RV service experience is preferred.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track Obsolete parts and make recommendations to correct.
• Receive incoming parts.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take advantage of all Parts training.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge.
