BELL ROAD R.V. CENTER, INC. is seeking an RV Parts Specialist to help customers find the right parts and accessories for their recreational vehicles. You will assist with product knowledge, respond to inquiries, and support inventory control to keep the parts department organized.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior RV or automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required.
• Previous experience in a retail automotive or RV parts environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in parts orders.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying the correct parts for their RVs.
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email regarding parts availability and pricing.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelving and displays.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability of parts.
• Assist in receiving and stocking incoming parts shipments.
• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders for repairs and installations.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers as needed.
• Keep up to date with product developments and industry trends.
