Job summary

Richard's RV Servicenter, Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a Recreational Parts Person to join our RV parts center. You will locate parts for customers and technicians, manage orders, and maintain part inventories using our vendors and website.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of parts sales, strong customer service, and organizational skills; experience in RV parts preferred. You will lift up to 25 pounds and assist with promotions to boost sales while supporting service staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of parts sales experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Prefer deep knowledge of RV parts and industry.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Record and track RV parts orders and sales for retail & technicians
• Maintain parts warranty information
• Answer phone call & email inquiries
• Provide assistance, when necessary, with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales
• Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company
• Help answer service phone when necessary
