Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Madison, AL is seeking a Parts Associate to deliver world-class customer service and ensure the correct parts and accessories are in stock. This full-time role supports technicians and service staff with timely part dispatch and precise inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and prior automotive/RV service experience, plus basic computer skills to manage inventories and customer records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
• Previous experience in automotive or RV service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Receive incoming parts and assist Sales staff with accessories.
• Learn and utilize company system applications as needed.
