Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Madison, AL is seeking a Parts Associate to provide world class customer service and ensure the correct parts and accessories are in stock for technicians and customers.

You will dispatch parts, take cycle counts, receive incoming shipments, assist Sales staff, and learn our systems such as Motility Systems2K. High school diploma and a valid driver's license required; RV/auto service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Experience in automotive or RV service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track obsolete parts and recommend corrections.
• Receive incoming parts and update inventory records.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge to customers.
