Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Parts Associate to help customers identify specialized product needs and provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.

You will work with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service, review installation details, schedule appointments, manage parts intake, and maintain logs; full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine specialized product needs and installation estimates.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, before scheduling installation.
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of progress.
