Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Parts Associate to support customers with product needs and installations, and to provide price estimates for installations before scheduling.

You will work with the sales and service teams to deliver excellent customer service, process installation prepayments, schedule appointments, and maintain parts flow with attention to accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience is preferred.
• RV or camping product knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling installations.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff.
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered.
• Provide excellent overall customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
