Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Parts Associate to engage customers, assess their RV and camping product needs, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling services. You will collaborate with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely work progress.

Daily duties include assisting customers, reviewing job details, scheduling installations, and maintaining logs. The role requires organization, a willingness to learn, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with RV or camping products is a plus.
• Ability to search the web and use a computer daily.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers to identify product needs and installations.
• Review jobs for sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling installations.
• Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
• Maintain prepayment logs and update customers on progress.
• Ensure safe, clean work area and cross-train as needed.
