Job summary

Camping World in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Parts Associate to work with customers to determine needs and provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Parts Associate works with the service team to ensure high levels of customer service.

You will schedule installation appointments, review job details, maintain progress logs, and assist with parts traffic and safety in the workspace.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches; strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review each job for sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling for installation.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and inform customers of progress.
