Campers Inn RV of Mesa is hiring a Parts Associate to deliver world-class customer service and ensure the right parts and accessories are in stock for service and sales. This full-time role requires strong communication and inventory skills, plus a willingness to learn our systems.

The position emphasizes helping customers, dispatching parts to technicians, and supporting the sales team while maintaining accurate stock levels and knowledge of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Experience in automotive or RV service is preferred.
• Strong motivational skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track Obsolete parts and make recommendations to correct.
• Receive incoming parts.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge.
