We are looking for someone who shares our passion for the open road and believes that every customer deserves complete confidence when heading out on their first trip. As an RV Orientation Specialist, your primary purpose is to empower our customers: walking them step-by-step through their new unit, educating them on how everything works, and outfitting their rig with the exact gear they need to make every trip seamless, safe, and unforgettable.

If you thrive on building genuine connections, teaching others, and helping people realize their travel dreams, you’ll find a fulfilling home here. Through relentless integrity, product curiosity, and a customer-first mindset, you will directly shape our guests' experiences while building a rewarding career with room for advancement.

What You’ll Do
  • Educate & Inspire:Conduct thorough, hands‑on orientation walk‑throughs for new and used RV and boat owners, turning complex systems into clear, simple instructions.

  • Curate the Journey:Consult with owners to understand their unique camping style and outfit their units with the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their specific lifestyle.

  • Guide & Problem‑Solve:Welcome retail customers, answer technical questions, and offer practical advice on maintenance, installation, and gear selection.

  • Deliver World‑Class Solutions:Turn potential disruptions—like backorders or damaged inventory—into exceptional experiences through proactive, creative problem‑solving.

  • Maintain the Experience:Keep product displays engaging, organized, and aligned with current promotions so customers can easily visualize their next adventure.

  • Drive Personal & Team Growth:Master our consultative sales approach, continuously expand your product knowledge, and contribute to store success.
What You Bring
  • A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a heart for service and teaching.

  • A quick‑learning mindset eager to master new RV/marine systems, tech, and accessories.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

  • High integrity, strong work ethic and a passion for continuous personal growth.

  • Previous sales experience
  • Familiarity with stocking and organizing inventory
  • Prior knowledge of the RV & boating industry

  • Bend and stoop to retrieve items from lower shelves or demonstrate features during walkthroughs.
  • Climb short ladders or steps to access higher shelves or areas of the camper, such as roof ladders or overhead storage compartments.
  • Speak clearly and project your voice to explain features and guide customers during camper walkthroughs.
