Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a Lot Porter to keep our dealership organized and moving smoothly. You’ll relocate RVs of all sizes, keep lots tidy, and assist service and sales teams daily.

This role requires a safety-minded approach, the ability to lift 50 lb+, and experience driving RVs of various configurations. Shifts are day-time, with potential overtime, at our Pasco, WA location.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and driving RVs of all sizes (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C).

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 50 lb+ daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely move RV inventory around the dealership lot and in/out of service bays.
• Maintain orderly RV lot and company property.
• Support service and sales teams as needed.
• Use handheld devices to locate RVs, boats, and other vehicles on the lot.
• Communicate with customers, sales staff, technicians, and porters.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

About the Role

As a Lot Porter, you'll be the backbone of our dealership, ensuring that everything runs smoothly day in and day out. Your role is crucial in maintaining the order and appearance of our vast inventory, keeping our lot organized, and supporting our sales and service teams. If you love working outdoors, being active, and making a difference every day, this job is for you. You’ll be moving RVs of all sizes, from compact trailers to massive motorhomes, and ensuring they’re ready for our customers. This is a key position that keeps our dealership thriving and helps us deliver top-notch service to every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Safely move RV inventory of varying sizes around the dealership lot and in/out of service bays.
• Maintain order of RV inventory, lot, and company property.
• Provide support for service and sales functions as needed.
• Use mobile handheld devices to locate RVs, boats, and vehicles around the lot.
• Communicate with customers, salesmen, technicians, service advisors, and other porters.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Schedule

• Day shift only!
• Monday - Friday | Aligns with business hours.
• One-hour lunch.
• Overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation

• $20 - $23 Hourly Dependent on Experience
  $40,000 to $46,000 annual equivalent
