Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking an RV Detailer to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our RVs to meet dealership standards and be customer-ready. This role focuses on interior and exterior detailing, quality control, and preparation for delivery and service completion.

Qualifications

• Prior RV/auto detailing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Remove dirt, stains, and grime from all surfaces, including carpets, upholstery, and exteriors.
• Apply protective coatings such as wax, sealants, and interior treatments.
• Ensure RVs are cleaned and presentable before customer delivery or display.
• Maintain detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and care.
• Report any damages, needed repairs, or detailing supply shortages to the service or operations manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

RV Detailing Duties:

Requirements

• Prior experience in RV, automotive detailing, or lot maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow safety procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in wet or damp conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated surfaces for washing and roof cleaning.
• Ability to enter, exit, and drive various RV sizes safely.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments, includingheat, cold, or rain.

Compensation

• $18-20/hr DOE

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8AM to 5PM
