Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Minnesota. You will manage shipments, receive products, source parts locally, and assist service technicians in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Full-time schedule Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required and insurable driving record.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
• Assist service technicians with locating products.
• Distribute repair parts and accessories to service technicians.
• Track and update status of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Drive to local vendors to pick up parts.
• Unload trucks and organize receivables; operate pallet jack and forklift (certification available on-site).
• Assist in pumping propane when needed; parts counter backup.

Compensation: $16 to $19 per hour DOE

In this position, you will be managing shipments, receiving products, locally sourcing parts, and assisting the service technicians. The workdays are fast-paced, and you are recognized for your performance. Bretz RV & Marine cares about their employees. The ideal candidate must have competent computer skills, is organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies
• Assist Service Technicians with locating products as needed
• Distribute repair parts and accessories to Service Technicians
• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Drive to various local vendors to pick up parts
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries as well as sort and stock receivables
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift (certification available on-site)
• Assist in pumping propane when needed
• Parts counter back up
• Answer parts counter phone calls and place special orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready area
• All other duties as assigned
