The Role

As an RV Parts Advisor, you will manage and organize the inventory of RV parts and accessories, assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the right parts, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Greet customers and assist with parts identification
• Provide expert advice on parts and accessories
• Process orders and maintain inventory
• Monitor stock levels and conduct audits
• Stay informed on RV models and components
• Collaborate with technicians and promote sales
• Process shipments and ensure proper product placement
• Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred
• Computer skills and internet proficiency
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Valid Driver License required
