Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking an RV Park Property Manager to oversee daily operations, guest relations, and facilities management at a remote Oregon RV park. The role combines property management, admin tasks, and vendor coordination to maintain a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to take ownership of day-to-day operations while ensuring safety and comfort for guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily RV park operations to ensure a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained property.
• Serve as the primary contact for guests and residents, handling questions and service requests.
• Coordinate reservations, site availability, arrivals, departures, and occupancy records.
• Manage rental agreements, payments, and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
• Monitor park rules and address violations in a professional manner.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with budgets and operating expenses.
• Support occupancy growth and resident satisfaction across the property.

RV PARK PROPERTY MANAGER

Are you a hands-on Property Manager who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping a property running smoothly? Do you take pride in creating a welcoming environment while staying on top of the details that make a community successful?

Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for an RV Park Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an RV park in our growing portfolio. This position combines property management, guest and resident relations, maintenance coordination, and business operations.

We're looking for someone who is organized, approachable, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of a unique property.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee daily RV park operations, ensuring the property is clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, responding to questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate reservations, site availability, arrivals, departures, and occupancy records, as applicable.
• Manage rental agreements, payments, collections, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, landscaping, cleaning, and vendor services.
• Monitor park rules and policies, addressing violations and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with property budgets and operating expenses.
• Help promote occupancy, resident satisfaction, and the overall success of the property.
• Coordinate with Bluestone's management team on property performance, operational needs, and improvements.
• Respond to urgent property issues and emergencies as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience in property management, RV park operations, hospitality, facilities management, or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and the ability to coordinate repairs and vendors.
• Comfort using computers, email, and property management or reservation software.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive property.
• A professional, approachable demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

Even better if you have:

• Previous experience managing an RV park, campground, manufactured housing community, or similar property.
• Experience with reservations, occupancy management, and rental collections.
• Familiarity with RV park utilities, hookups, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing property budgets and operating expenses.
• Knowledge of applicable landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
