Streamside Parks is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Duck Creek RV Park in Paducah, KY. The role involves performing diverse maintenance duties across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, pleasant guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. LP-Gas and CPO certifications are a plus or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPO certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, pool and spa maintenance.
• Inspect park facilities and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain safety logs, SDS files, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with Park and Project Managers on preventive maintenance plans.
• On-call emergency maintenance as required.
• Ensure all areas are clean, landscaped, and well-maintained.
