Job summary

Fun Town RV is hiring an Equipment Operator to move RVs safely around the dealership campus, using tractors and forklifts to shuttle units to service bays, cleaning areas, and photo zones. You will keep the lot organized and assist with staging for service work.

Applicants should be able to work outdoors, tolerate varied weather, and handle weekends. OSHA safety rules apply, and you will participate in ongoing safety training and daily task coordination with the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift and tractor operation experience required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments and varied weather.
• Comfortable with weekends and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to climb ladders and steps safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely move RVs around the dealership property using tractors or forklifts as needed.
• Transport RVs to cleaning, inspections, photography, and staging areas.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and organize inventory for service work.
• Follow daily work assignments and coordinate with the Service Manager.
• Report equipment malfunctions and participate in safety trainings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
