Bretz RV & Marine is hiring for a full-time RV sales role at our Mankato, MN location. You will promote a top-notch customer experience, build relationships, and work closely with the Sales Manager and finance team to close deals on new and used RVs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college level education is a plus.
• Ideal (2+ years) sales experience in RV, automotive, or related industries.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience and sell new and used RVs.
• Develop relationships and expand the customer pipeline; maintain a healthy prospect funnel.
• Increase sales and profitability through proactive territory prospecting and a defined selling system.
• Close sales in collaboration with Sales Manager and Finance & Insurance team.
• Conduct market research to compare products and prices; stay current on industry trends.
