Bretz RV & Marine in Minnesota is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our expanding Mankato location. You will promote and close sales of new and used RVs, build relationships, and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet targets. We emphasize teamwork, customer service, and growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a high school diploma, and excellent communication. Training pays $4,000 per month for four months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years sales experience in RV, automotive, or related fields preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory and CRM

Responsibilities

• Promote top-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to hit targets
• Increase sales and profitability through territory prospecting
• Close sales with Sales Manager and Finance & Insurance team
• Conduct market research for competitive comparisons
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and financing options
• Keep CRM and customer records up to date
• Support daily sales operations and training activities
• Other duties as needed
