Bretz RV & Marine in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Lot Manager to keep our Mankato dealership organized and safe. You will move and arrange RVs and boats, maintain the lot, and support multiple teams with inventory readiness.

This hands-on role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to maintenance. We offer on-site, full-time employment with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience safely moving, backing, and parking trailers or large equipment preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Dependable, organized, and able to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize RVs, boats, trailers, and other inventory.
• Maintain an orderly dealership lot appearance and safety.
• Assist with inventory receiving, staging, and preparation for sales, service, and deliveries.
• Perform lot checks and ensure units are positioned, secured, and accessible.
• Operate forklifts, tractors, trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with yard maintenance including mowing, snow removal, and seasonal tasks.
• Complete basic repairs and maintenance around the dealership when appropriate.
• Support sales, service, parts, and operations teams as needed.
