Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine in Mankato is seeking a dependable Lot Manager to move, organize, and maintain our RV and boat inventory and keep the dealership lots and facilities in excellent condition. This hands-on role requires flexibility, safety-focused work, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a safe, orderly environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Experience safely moving, backing, and parking trailers or large equipment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with forklifts, tractors, landscaping or related tasks helpful.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and perform physical work all day.
• Good independent work ethic, organization, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize RVs, boats, trailers, and other inventory.
• Maintain an orderly, professional appearance across the lot.
• Assist with inventory reception, staging, and customer deliveries.
• Perform regular lot checks and keep units accessible and secured.
• Operate equipment as needed and help with lawn and seasonal property work.
• Support sales, service, parts, and operations teams as required.
