Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose, repair and service RV systems, generators, and coach bodies. This role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and maintenance work with a focus on quality and safety.

Certification opportunities are available on-site to qualified applicants. The position emphasizes advanced diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year service technician experience preferred
• RV-related maintenance and repair knowledge a plus
• Must furnish own hand/tools for work

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
