Job summary
Ski's Truck & RV Sales in Indiana is seeking a motivated Carpentry/Maintenance Technician to join our service team and perform light carpentry repairs and maintenance on campers and RVs.
You will use hand and power tools, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety and quality. A valid driver's license and reliable attendance are required; competitive pay plus commission is offered along with benefits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Carpentry or maintenance experience in RV/auto/marine industries preferred.
- Knowledge of RV systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and good attendance.
Responsibilities
- Perform light carpentry repairs and maintenance on campers.
- Identify issues using troubleshooting skills and report major repairs.
- Fill nail heads, crevices and gaps as necessary.
- Document/photograph repairs for warranty claims; accurately complete warranty forms.
- Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with shop upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
